N2 - In the problem of Structural Variations (SV) finding, split-read mapping methods which search gaps upto a pre-defined maximum deletion size can be time consuming and less accurate. In this paper, we present a split read mapping method that calls SVs with low-coverage sequencing data by mapping to focal region. Simulation results suggest that our method is more efficient and accurate than several alternative methods.
