Abstract
We demonstrate lensless on-chip fluorescent imaging of transgenic C.Elegans over >2-8 cm2 field-of-view with a resolution of ~10 μm. This is the first time that a lensless on-chip platform has successfully imaged transgenic C.elegans samples.
