Abstract

Verrucous carcinomas of the vulva are rare and have not been reported in women infected with the human immunodeficiency virus. We present such a case in a 32-year-old woman characterized by bladder involvement that failed therapy with 13-cis-retinoic acid and interferon-α and required anterior exenteration.
