Abstract
Urodynamics in the geriatric population can be performed with precision and efficiency. The gamut of urodynamics testing can be accomplished safely without undue morbidity. It is wise, however, to craft the testing specifically toward those who require it. As with any test, urodynamic investigation should be instituted only if the outcome of such testing is expected to alter the management of the underlying disease process or facilitate symptom relief.
