N2 - Conventional approaches to the treatment of recurrent mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) yield unsatisfactory results. We describe a patient with recurrent MCL in leukemic phase refractory to chemotherapy who was successfully treated with allogeneic bone marrow transplantation. At last follow-up 1 year post-transplant, the patient was in complete remission and had limited chronic graft-versus-host disease.
