Abstract
Traumatic delivery is associated with orthopedic, nervous, and soft tissue injuries. Anticoagulation for extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) support may predispose to hemorrhage from these birth injuries. A case of delayed hemoperitoneum secondary to hepatic laceration after delivery and ECMO, not previously reported, is detalled herein.
