Total Third Nerve Paralysis: Recovery in a Case of Meningococcic Meningitis

Abstract

A case of meningococcic meningitis is accompanied by a total third nerve palsy. The patient recovered third nerve function in three months so that her only residual was a slightly enlarged and sluggishly reactive pupil.
