Abstract
The COVID-19 pandemic brought grief to many people throughout 2020. We all experience grief at some point in our lives. Although no one grief experience can be compared to another, there are defined patterns that impact one's mind, body, and spirit. In my personal grief experience, I have learned both personal and professional lessons. It is my hope that in sharing my lessons learned, individuals and organizations alike will identify strategies to better manage grief in the workplace.
