Abstract
18F‐Labeled reduced haloperidol and 11C‐labeled reduced 3‐N‐methylspiperone were synthesized in a convenient and quantitative one step reduction from 18F‐labeled haloperidol and 11C‐labeled N‐methylspiperone, respectively. Both products were purified by semipreparative HPLC and were obtained at high specific activity and radiochemical purity.
