N2 - Percutaneous aortic valve replacement has been reported previously. Progression of underlying coronary artery disease is expected with the aging population. We report the case of an 85 year old patient who underwent successful percutaneous coronary stent placement 15 months after receiving an Edwards percutaneous heart valve in the aortic position. Coronary angiography, stent deployment, and crossing of the aortic valve were all completed without any complications using standard angiographic catheters.
