N2 - OBJECTIVE. The purpose of this article is to describe the use of a navigational bipolar radiofrequency ablation system for the treatment of spinal osteoid osteomas. CONCLUSION. Safe and effective imaging-guided percutaneous radiofrequency ablation of spinal osteomas can be performed using a multidirectional bipolar electrode system.
