Abstract

From the twig-leaves of Peucephyllum schottii three known flavonoids, cirsimaritin, demethoxycentaureidin and eriodictyol, and two new sesquiterpene lactones were isolated. The lactones were characterized from their spectroscopic data (NMR, IR, MS) and confirmed by X-ray analysis.
