Abstract
Along with the increased utilization of high-resolution cross-sectional imaging, there has been a shift in the diagnosis of renal malignancy toward smaller, incidental tumors, many of which are amenable to nephron-sparing therapy.1-4However, in the age of laparoscopic renal surgery, partial nephrectomy has struggled to make inroads, owing in large part to the formidable technical challenges and steep learning curve of laparoscopic partial nephrectomy.2,4-7
