Abstract
Our study demonstrates that in a group of patients, who may be asymptomatic at rest, the putative benefits from the current surgical trend of early primary repair of TOF in infancy may not prevent late RV diastolic dysfunction and diminished exercise performance if chronic pulmonary regurgitation results from RV outflow tract reconstruction.
