Abstract

Scenario overview A 32-year-old woman with a history of pre-eclampsia G1P0 at 38 weeks arrives via EMS. EMS called to home for seizure. Patient post-ictal on their arrival but during transport patient had two more seizures followed by cardiac arrest 3 minutes ago. CPR in progress on arrival. Teaching objectives/discussion points Clinical and medical management.
