Abstract

Aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage has seen an improvement in morbidity and mortality in the last 20 years, partly due to improvement in the management of complications after an offending aneurysm is secured. While many questions still remain in the optimal care of these patients, this chapter outlines common complications and current management after aneurysm repair in this population.
