Abstract

Proper management of patients with nonmuscle-invasive bladder cancer requires vigilance on multiple fronts: surgical technique, accurate risk assessment, selection of appropriate adjuvant treatments, lose surveillance, and periodic strategic re-evaluation of the cystectomy option.
