Neuromuscular and vascular hamartoma of the small bowel

Neurovascular and muscular hamartoma is an unusual benign neoplasm of the small intestine. The clinical and pathological features of this lesion, which we recently encountered in a 91-year-old male, are the subject of this report and are discussed in the context of previously described cases.
