Abstract

Adapting the existing MATLAB NeuroDOT toolbox to Python addresses challenges of processing functional near infrared spectroscopy (fNIRS) and diffuse optical tomography (DOT) data and supports common pipelines for pre-processing and analysis in a Python-library format.
