Abstract
A major emphasis of research is the prediction preventionm and treatment of foot ulcers on patients with diabetes. Characterizing the tissue on the planar surface of the foot of these patients may provide insights to contributing factors that lead to foot ulceration. This presentation will describe the fit of various modeling approaches to soft tissue indentor data in general, with specific implications for analysis of the planar soft tissue in patients with diabetes.
