Abstract
Mentorship is a highly gratifying relationship that requires commitment from all involved parties. Several different mentorship models exist that can be modified to suit the requirements of the mentors and mentees, and be fine-tuned for individuals at different career levels. Our proposed framework can be deployed as a pilot design for the trainees and early-career faculty members in nuclear medicine with the scope of appropriate timely modifications based on user feedback.
