N2 - Ureteroceles are potentially complex anomalies that have historically been managed with open reconstructive opera-tions. In the last decade, endoscopic management has been proposed as an initial approach in patients with uretero-celes. With antenatal diagnosis, intervention can be performed on an outpatient basis prior to the development of any infections. Recent peer-reviewed studies help to define the appropriate technique, the patient population best managed with incision, and long-term outcomes.
