Abstract

This chapter presents a series of case studies on the management of classical Hodgkin lymphoma (cHL). Each case study includes a series of multiple choice questions and answers. It commences with a disclosure on the additional study, which most reasonable to complete the staging work-up, and ends with the recommendations to the patient's internist. The chapter also discusses on best course of management for the patient with left supraclavicular swelling, the most appropriate therapy for the patient with generalized pruritis and bilateral cervical lymphadenopathy, the best treatment option for the patient with cervical and supraclavicular lymphadenopathy, and how to manage a woman with bulky stage II HL is currently receiving ABVD.
