Abstract

We introduce meta-reflect-arrays composed of magnetic dipole guided-mode resonances whose high quality factors enable wavefront shaping with vanishingly small structural perturbations (<2.6% volume fraction). This brings low-power, efficient, and high-resolution spatial light modulation into view.
