High-frequency, ICCD diffuse optical tomography system for separation of optical properties in small tissue volumes

Abstract

As a basis for small animal quantitative fluorescence tomography we present an ICCD based tomography system that provides optical property maps using frequency domain data between 100-1250MHz.
