H control of discrete-time linear uncertain systems with delayed-state

Abstract

The problems of robust stability and control for a class of uncertain linear discrete-time systems with unknown time-delay are studied. A sufficient condition is derived which guarantees the stability of the uncertain time-delay system. A controller is designed such that the underlying system is robust stable and has a robust H performance for all admissible unknown parameter uncertainty and time-delay.
