Abstract
Glomerulocystic kidney, a rare form of cystic disease characterized by a dilatation of Bowman's space and adjacent tubules, is pathologically distinct from other renal cystic disease. Because of its rarity, classic pathologic features, and an association with progressive impairment of renal function in some patients, we report the radiographic findings and pathologic correlation in a 4-year old patient.
