Abstract
The occurrence of a combined gastropancreatic heterotopia of the rectosigmoid colon is documented in a child with imperforate anus, persistent cloaca and multiple genitourinary tract anomalies. One other case is cited with similar findings, but in a diverticulum of the transverse colon.
