Abstract

From the published family data on tongue pigmentation, estimates of the segregation ratios are obtained as 0.394 and 0.265 with respective standard errors 0.055 and 0.040. These estimates do not significantly differ from 0.5 and 0.25, the two Mendelian ratios.
