Abstract

Prosthetic breast reconstruction remains the most common method of post-mastectomy breast reconstruction. Autologous fat grafting is useful to correct contour irregularities, implant rippling and to create a natural breast shape through volume augmentation particularly in prepectoral breast reconstruction.
