Abstract

A study was performed on the fast pulsed ultraviolet (UV) light source and calibration of non-linear photomultiplier response. A rigid UV transparent light pipe (LP) guided the light to the photomultiplier tube. Silicon PIN diode was used as the light sensor. The diode was attached to the digital electrometer.
