Abstract

Fast high-density functional speckle contrast optical tomography (HD-SCOT) was developed to resolve transcranial three-dimensional changes in cerebral blood flow (CBF). It is demonstrated in a sensorimotor task showing good data fidelity, quantitative measure of CBF and the lateralization of the response.
