Abstract
The authors report a child with hypoplastic left heart syndrome, multiple vertebral anomalies, bifurcation of the right renal pelvis, calcified falx cerebri, cleft lip and palate, inguinal hernia and stenotic ectopic anus, as well as the results of studies of her family and additional studies of the family previously reported.
