Abstract
Sinonasal and skull base malignancy has been described for many years. Traditionally, sinonasal and skull base malignancies were treated via open transfacial approaches, and the advancement of endoscopic techniques has revolutionized management of these patients. The incidence and epidemiology are discussed, followed by both clinical assessment and management strategies for the most common sinonasal malignancies. The literature has been reviewed regarding new endoscopic techniques and traditional approaches for each tumor type.
