Abstract
The authors report an experimental evaluation of different treatments in hemophilic synovitis. It is concluded that Rifampacine produces a better antiinflamatory response in comparison with patches of sodic Diclophenac Corticoids, cause disappearance of the antiinflammatory phenomenon, but because of it deleterious effect over the cartilage, only are used in advanced hemophilic arthropaties.
