Abstract

(Biophysical Journal 117, 1074–1084; September 17, 2019) In the TITAN analysis of the NMR titration described in the main text and supplementary information, there was an error in the kinetic exchange matrix. The exchange matrix was provided (Eq. 1 in supplementary information), and in that matrix, factors of 2 were double-counted, which resulted in an overestimated value of the fitted cooperativity parameter ρ. The corrected exchange matrix is shown below: [Formula presented] From the NMR titration data, the original fitted value was [Formula presented] and fitting with the corrected exchange matrix now results in [Formula presented] The cooperativity is still positive and in reasonable agreement with the ITC analysis, and therefore the conclusions of the article are unchanged.
