N2 - We found two errors in the original article that are addressed in this document. One is a typographical error in one of the equations, and the other affects criteria for selecting ion flux expressions. Neither error changes any results of calculations presented in the text. First, we have found an important typographical error in equation (16) of the original text on the effectivework function of a negatively charged particle. The 1/2 power on the absolute value of charge Z was missing. The correct form of the work function with the Schottky effect should read [1, 2]: (Formula Presented).
