Abstract

(Cell Systems 8, 395–411.e1–e8; May 22, 2019) In the original published version of this paper, in the Quantification and Statistical Analysis section of the STAR Methods, under the subheading “Update Steps for the Atomic Prior,” step 4 contained typographical errors in two of the expressions. The correct version of step 4 should read: “4. Moving a portion of the value of a single atom ([Formula presented]) to another, adjacent atom ([Formula presented]) so that [Formula presented] and [Formula presented] where [Formula presented]. Atoms may become small from exchange, but not exactly zero or removed from the atomic to maintain detailed balance.” The authors apologize for any confusion these errors may have caused.
