Abstract
Endovascular grafts are a minimally invasive alternative for the treatment of patients with severe aortoiliac occlusive disease. Encouraging short and mid-term results with associated low morbidity and mortality rates make this evolving endovascular technique very attractive for the treatment of high-risk patients and patients with complex recurrent aortoiliac lesions.
