Abstract
Endocrine disorders involving the visual system include diabetes, thyroid disease, and pituitary abnormalities. Each can cause diplopia or visual loss. In the evaluation of patients with neuro-ophthalmologic complaints, systemic evaluation of the patient for these disorders should be kept in mind.
