N1 - Funding Information: We would like to recognize the contributions of the ISLH Executive team. This year marks the end of Tracy George's term as President following two terms as Vice President of Scientific Communications and a stint as co‐editor‐in‐chief of our society's journal. This year is also the beginning of John Frater's term as President, following his roles as President‐Elect and VP of Scientific Communications where John has been instrumental in our annual meetings as the co‐program director in 2021–2022 with Katrien Devreese. Katrien and John have continued as co‐program directors in 2023 for the XXXVIth International Symposium on Technical Innovations in Laboratory Hematology in New Orleans, Louisiana. Katrien is our excellent VP of Scientific Communications and leads our Bylaws Committee. We wish to thank Ruth Padmore for her service as the VP of Education and she has led an engaged group of colleagues on the Education Committee. We also are delighted to recognize Treasurer Olga Weinberg who has assured that our society's finances are healthy and carefully managed. Our executive committee also includes the formidable Catherine Hayward, the Immediate Past President of ISLH (for two terms) and Chair of the Nominating Committee who has advised ISLH with her extensive expertise and knowledge. Cathy also was responsible for the Wallace H. Coulter grant, which established the Wallace H. Coulter Distinguished Lecture Award and funded our numerous educational programs. Karen Moffat, VP of Membership Engagement, has led our COVID‐19 laboratory hematology related guidelines and the overall laboratory hematology guidelines inventory. Karen and the membership committee's work with social media have helped promote our organization's visibility and informed our society on issues that are important to our members via membership surveys. She also continues to advocate on the inclusivity of ISLH with our diverse mix of members including medical technologists/clinical laboratory scientists, laboratory hematologists and pathologists, trainees and other laboratory professionals. The talented team of Giuseppe D'Onofrio and Ian Mackie has reinvigorated our society's journal, the (IJLH), as Editors‐in‐Chief supported by an excellent team of associate editors, editorial board members, and our Wiley publishing team led by Claire Dowbekin. Similarly, the ISLH Executive Committee is supported by our Board of Directors and Councilors, including our ISLH Conflict of Interest Officer Samia Rizk and newly appointed Corporate Advisory Committee Chair, as well as International Council for Standardization in Haematology (ICSH) liaison, Simon Davidson; all have made important contributions to our society. 3 International Journal of Laboratory Hematology
