Duodenocolostomy: A surgical complication of duodenal atresia repair

Abstract

A variety of complications after repair of congenital duodenal obstruction have been reported. The authors describe a case in which the duodenum was mistakenly anastomosed to the transverse colon, which resulted in intractable diarrhea.
