Abstract
An unusual case is presented in which there is diffuse muscle uptake of a bone seeking agent in the neck and promixal upper extremities. The patient had squamous cell carcinoma of the lung with profound muscle weakness and was belived to have a paraneoplastic syndrome manifest as inflammation of the muscles and nerves.
