Abstract

To compare the diagnostic efficacy of computerized tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), and 99mTc-methoxyisobutylisonitrile-single photon emission computed tomography (MIBI-SPECT) for the detection of lymph node (LN) metastases in clinically neck-negative patients (T1-T2N0) with carcinoma of the tongue.
