Abstract
Hip pain in adults is commonly the result of residual deformity from pediatric hip disease, including developmental hip dysplasia, slipped capital femoral epiphysis (SCFE), and Legg-Calve-Perthes (LCP) disease. This chapter will review the epidemiology, proximal femoral and acetabular deformity, and the natural history of each of these common disorders.
