Abstract

Yasuda asserted that, for ABO blood groups, bioassaying the inbreeding coefficient from mating type frequencies was roughly seven times more informative than bioassaying the same from phenotypic frequencies. This problem is briefly discussed using the methodology for detecting inbreeding coefficients.
