Abstract

Outcome based assessment and evaluation for the demonstration of continuous improvement of a program remains a challenge for most of the institutions. An emphasis is given in this paper on how to design a portfolio for a typical outcome. Performance criteria for data collection, data presentation in a portfolio, feedback for implementation are discussed. Such portfolios not only help to improve a program but also serve as a viable display material for the purpose of accreditation.
