Abstract

In the original published version of this article, the authors have identified two errors. One was made in the definition of the deprivation cutoff for water source in Table 1 (column c). Deprivation of water is characterized by not having piped drinking water in dwelling or piped drinking water, public tap, hand pump, water carrier/tanker, borehole in the residency or hand pump, borehole in the proximity of the residency or covered well or access to bottled water. The other was made in Table 5. Specifically, the values for the odd ratio, confidence interval and p-value for the column “Adjusted analysis 50 and over” were inadvertently wrongly copied in the table only. Authors have made the corrections, conducted the analysis again and the results and conclusions were unchanged.
