Abstract
Compressive neuropathies in the upper extremities are among the most common disorders seen by hand surgeons. A comprehensive understanding of their presentation allows for timely diagnosis and treatment. This chapter will review the common peripheral compressive neuropathies of the upper extremity and detail both nonoperative and operative treatment options.
