Abstract
Two children presented with a picture resembling unilateral, congenital glaucoma. Each of the children had received long-term topical corticosteroid therapy. In one child, the glaucoma abated following goniotomy and cessation of corticosteroid therapy. In the second patient, cure was obtained merely by discontinuing topical corticosteroids.
